She has worked in a wide range of industries from Architecture/Design, Events and Hospitality, Aviation, Real Estate Development Management, and HR consulting.

She excels at taking strategic HR best practice to develop and implement practical, real-world business solutions. She understands that the needs of each business are unique and that people are a business’ greatest asset.

Sarah is a certified EQi-2.0 Practitioner, Dare to LeadTM Trained, and maintains chartered membership and certification from the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR, Canada) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM, USA).
